From the recording Love To Go
This song was written after passing through the "lively entertainment district" of Roppongi in Tokyo. The song explores the “Fast Food” nature of an industry where love is for sale in bite-sized portions for the hungry consumer. Recorded at Rhythm Ace studio in idyllic Oakura, AotearoaNZ, the chintzy-sounding barrel organ at the song's beginning just seemed to capture the plastic veneer for which the song was always reaching.
